The site is particulaly targeted at teachers who can use the information to compliment other resources they use in helping Learners find out more about the range of careers available.
The area of careers and the qualifications offered which can place a part in entering careers is large, diverse and constantly changing. To keep investigations into possible paths manageable only a selection of careers are considered on this site but there is a wealth of links to related areas which can form part of a new search. One of the purposes of the site is to act as a starting point that will encourage users to investigate other career lines. Again, due to the ever changing nature of opportunities, not all links can be guaranteed although they are reviewed and updated periodically.
Local Links
In addition to the generic information and links additional local area information is available to participating areas. This is available to all users of the site by selecting a participating area from the drop down list at the top of the page.
If you are a local careers administrator you can enter your own local courses which will appear in a particular career route at Levels 1 to 8. To enquire further about this facility please contact:  Key Routes Support
